1. Introduction

Welcome to ProLearnLift, your partner in career upskill training designed to help learners advance their skills and professional development in Qatar. By accessing our services through prolearnlift.biz, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Career Upskill Training Services

We deliver live workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, and group classes at Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani Museum, Al Samriya Road, Al Samriya, Al-Shahaniya, Qatar, as well as via secure online platforms.

2.2 Informational Products

Our digital offerings include e-guides, recorded webinars, and on-demand video modules that support self-paced study.

2.3 Goods

We supply physical items such as printed manuals, training toolkits, and branded merchandise through our online shop.

3. Registration and Enrollment

Individuals may enroll by completing the sign-up process on our website and submitting payment of the applicable charge. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

4. Charges and Payment

Charges must be settled in advance via approved methods. Access to materials or sessions is granted only after confirmation of payment. All fees are specified in Qatari Riyals.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Career Upskill Training Services

Cancellations submitted at least seven days before the scheduled start date qualify for a full refund. Requests made between three and seven days prior incur a fifty percent deduction from the total charge. Cancellations with less than three days' notice are not eligible for refund. Participants may request a session reschedule within thirty days of the original date, subject to availability.

5.2 Informational Products

Buyers may request a full refund within fourteen days of purchase, provided no more than twenty percent of the content has been accessed or downloaded. After this period or usage threshold, purchases are final and not eligible for refund.

5.3 Goods

Defective or damaged items reported within thirty days of delivery may be sent back in their original condition for inspection. Upon confirmation of a defect, we will provide either a replacement or a refund of the purchase charge. Buyers are responsible for packaging and shipment costs when sending items back.

All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within fourteen days of approval. For card transactions, the reversal will appear on your account statement. For bank-based settlements, funds will be sent via a bank transfer, which may take up to five working days to complete.

6. Rescheduling Policy

Participants in live training may request a change of date or time by contacting us at least forty-eight hours before the session. Approval is subject to trainer availability and scheduling constraints.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

ProLearnLift strives to ensure the accuracy and quality of all offerings. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or advancement levels. Our total responsibility for any claim related to our services or products is limited to the amount paid by the participant.
